Shipping, Returns and Payment
Shipping
We ship USPS and UPS for all orders, except where noted. Shipments are processed same or next day. We will notify you when your order(s) is shipped, along with a tracking number (if applicable).
Many of our items are on premises, however, sometimes shipments are sent directly from warehouses. This may result in multiple packages.
If you receive a package that shows damage, file a claim with the shipper and contact us.
Orders must be received by October 15th to be guaranteed for Halloween delivery.
Currently, we only ship to the continental United States. If you do live outside the continental U.S. and would like to order, contact us and we will arrange for shipping.
Returns
Items may be returned within thirty days of delivery. If you need to return an item, contact us for instructions. Purchaser pays all shipping costs, plus a twenty percent restocking fee.
Item(s) must be in the original packaging and unused. A copy of the receipt must accompany the return.
There are absolutely no returns for items bought after September 30th. If a purchase is made after September 30th, the return policy is voided.
We will accept returns for defective merchandise. If you receive an item that is defective, you must contact us within five days of delivery. Any return showing signs of tampering will be rejected.
Payment
We accept money orders, Paypal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
Personal checks are accepted, but shipment will be delayed up to six weeks while waiting for payment to clear.
